Clearer kingdom map scan states
The kingdom map now says when our scanner does not cover a kingdom yet, before you try to start a scan, and labels a scan that never started as Scan not started, with a way to start it again. Squad powers can be imported from CSV where squads are managed. Sign-in pages warn that Outlook, Hotmail and Live addresses are not receiving our emails at the moment.
