Top Lords Member Guide: Link Your Lord

Join your alliance on LordTracker, link your own Lord, get it verified by an officer and use My Lord for battles, events and your hero power.

This guide is for members. Joining is free, and your officers invite you. Once your Lord is linked and verified, LordTracker shows you your own numbers and lets you answer for yourself.

1. Join the alliance

Open the join link or the invitation your officer sent and sign in with your email. LordTracker sends a six-digit code; there is no password. A join link gives you read access to your alliance, never officer rights.

If your officer sent you a personal Lord login link instead, opening it joins the alliance and asks to link that Lord in one step. These links work once.

Open My Lord and choose This Lord is me next to your Lord in the list. Your request waits for an officer. One account links one Lord per alliance, and a Lord can be verified for one account only.

3. Wait for verification

An officer checks that the Lord is really yours and verifies the link. A matching name is not enough on its own, so an officer may ask you in the game. If a request is rejected, you can send it again.

4. Use My Lord

With a verified link, My Lord shows your profile and history, and lets you:

  • answer Available, Maybe or Unavailable for upcoming battles and see your tactical assignment once it is shared;
  • sign up for calendar events, confirm your place and check in;
  • save your usual playing hours and vote in polls;
  • see your Cargo Ship Captain and escort days;
  • add your own absences;
  • upload your hero power or request a name change for an officer to review.

5. Get reminders

In account settings, turn on push reminders for the things you care about, such as a stale hero power reading, calendar selections or tasks due today. Push is set per device. The app and reminders guide shows how to install LordTracker on your phone.

6. When things change

If you leave the alliance or an officer removes your access, your link ends and so do your personal actions. Your recorded history stays with the alliance. Officers can read the access guide for their side of linking.
